"The greatest benefit of NSPA membership is being able to share policies, procedures, and new ideas with other members. These resources have helped the Jeannette Rankin Foundation increase the efficiency of our operations, and most importantly, improve the services we provide to our scholars."

OVERVIEW OF SCHOLARSHIP MANAGEMENT SERVICES®

Over the past 30 years, Scholarship America’s Scholarship Management Services® division has become the nation's preeminent administrator of education assistance programs, including scholarship, tuition assistance, and education loan programs. We understand the life-changing impact of education on our society and economy. An educated population will improve our world.

In 1976, Scholarship America® structured and administered a scholarship program for its very first client. The program was a success, and demand for our services quickly increased. No program is too small or too large. We administer programs with one applicant to programs with over 100,000 applicants. We currently administer over 1190 programs for corporations, individuals, and foundations. These clients include 104 Fortune 500 companies, 29 Fortune 100 companies - and our very first client.

Following are some of the reasons why our clients partner with us:

  • Experience - For over 30 years, we have been exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our very first client who contracted with us in 1976 is still a client today.
  • Flexibility - We customize programs to each client’s needs - programs often change and grow.
  • Technology - We offer customized web solutions to meet client needs.
  • Customer Service - Over 97% of our clients rate our service as good or excellent. Our goal is 100%. A dedicated Program Manager is assigned to each program, because we know that developing relationships with students and clients is the key to exceeding expectations.
  • International Capability - Hola. Haai. Bonjour. Ciao. Our programs reach students in nearly 80 countries.

Scholarship America® is a national education service organization that mobilizes support for students getting into and graduating from college. Since 1958, Scholarship America has awarded more than $2 billion in scholarship assistance to more than 1.7 million students through three core programs Dollars for Scholars®, Scholarship Management Services®, and Dreamkeepers.
